- Respond to your request and confirm practical details
- Coordinate with the experience team when needed
- Answer questions you send through support
- Send updates related to your request when you opt in
We only request the details needed to plan and communicate. You can review your request communication preferences by updating your email instructions when you contact support.
Opt-in for updates
The checkbox on the request form confirms you want email updates related to your request. If you’d rather not receive updates, you can leave it unchecked and still send your inquiry (where applicable).
